I will give a full rundown of the trip home from Henley.  But this just a short message to say we are home safely.  We got back Friday 26July at about 8:30pm after an epic run from Queensbourgh.

But also that I have run out of holidays so won’t make West Mersey.  Mary is now in good form and I have a list of things to do but nothing major.  All hail the barn.

  1. Great that you got home safely and (more?) importantly Mary is tucked up away from the ravages of the elements.
I am looking forward to reading about your exploits inland this year. A great Bulleting article in the offing!

  2. I went out and checked Mary is tucked up nicely. I needed to do the “laying up” a bit better and will need to drain the diesel while it is still usable.

She did really well this year with multi-v belt and the autopilot set up I am kinda’ sad to put her away but I like the short dedicated trip I am sure it will do her no good to sit in the sun in a marina for the year.
