AOA Bulletin 2020-21 coverOnline Yearbook
This information is an up-to-date version of the paper Yearbook distributed at the end of each year.
The paper yearbook is based on membership details in November of the previous year. Inevitably there are new members and people move. Accessible only to a small set of AOA Officers.
User ActivityUser Activity Log
Website users often make contact through the website, or directly by email with questions. Some are when they create their account, some later.
Also, members of the public (e.g. ex owners) sometimes raise queries. This log attempts to keep a track of these and our responses.
The spreadsheet (sorry!) includes a number of ‘DISPLAY’ sheets – to make changes to the data use the UPDATE LOG here tab.
‘What is Where’ in the AOA Shared Drive
All operational, archive and other documentation is stored in a Google ‘Shared Drive’. This ensures that we are not dependent on any individual’s computer or passwords and enables comprenhensive backup policy (see ‘HELP’ below). This link provides an index of the folders in the drive and what they are used for. The up-to-date version is currently AWOL and will be caught and put back soon – in the meantime, a slightly out of date option.

The AOA systems are based on a WordPress website, a Google ‘Shared Drive’, ‘Mailchimp’ for bulk emailing and website and email hosting. This link is to a ‘knowledgebase’ which documents how to use these systems, how they are designed and built and how they are maintained. A login is required to access this information.
