Re-location to Canada forces reluctant sale.
She is currently sitting on a roadworthy galvanised four wheel trailer.
Good mainsail and genoa, some older jibs and genoa, spinnaker and pole.
New gas stove in galley.
Yanmar 1GM10 diesel needs some attention – either a head gasket problem or an oil leak.
Aft cabin deck is a bit spongy and would benefit from work sooner rather than later.
Expandable dingy (needs re-certification).
New covers for cabin cushions.
Arosa is lying between Edinburgh & North Berwick.
