Inventory (updated): some items are subject to negotiation on purchase price as noted.

  • Epoxy cloth covered below waterline, so no sand keels or other through-hull fixings to worry about
  • Newish Digital VHF with AIS (Class B)
  • Stand alone AIS Class A (this has a radar type display of all AIS vessels) – NB: Radio and AIS subject to negotiation.
  • Target  depth sounder
  • Plastimo Conquest Bulkhead compass
  • Electric / hydraulic keels – pendant switch operated from just inside aft bulkhead from helm position (under 10 seconds up), also has backup manual lever pump (comparable speed to winding jacks). Keels can be held up (or in any position) on the hydraulics by shutting the valves  on the lifting rams.
  • 48V electric inboard motor (8.5 kW) powered by 4x newly installed Lithium 100ah batteries with voltage balancing – (original  4 x 75ah lead-acid as reserve); new battery pods installation and wiring.
  • control panel is on aft bulkhead, so engine use can be managed from helm (as well as raising keels).
  • Propeller is 2 bladed – original 3 bladed is with the boat and an unfitted bronze folding prop (Elliche Radice)
  •   Full suit of serviceable sails – Jib and Genoa in custom launch bags; downhauls and a Solent stay (wire rope spliced to braid halyard) allows rapid swapping between foresails from cockpit. Lazy- Jacks  slab-reefed mainsail (loose footed 2 reefs). NB: spinnaker in turtle bag negotiable as extra.
  • Internal 3 point webbing lift slings
  • 200W wind generator mounted on transom (removable two part SS ferrule pole through aft deck) wired to 12V domestics.
  • 2 x 1000V roll-up Fuji Solar panels (deployed over cockpit tent) routed through 48V transformer to charge 48V system.
  • 48V shore charger installed aboard for overnight charging at marinas etc.
  • Aft cabin configured with double berth (athwart) behind intermediate bulkhead heads compartment – see boat history of fit-out under A169 in the boat register – full photo record
    • Vintage Baby Blake sea toilet  (compact bowl); with full spares and service parts.
    • Galley has vintage Taylor’s “Paraffin” pressurised two-burner stove with warming oven (operates perfectly on kerosine)
    • kerosine blown-air heating to all areas.
    • FM /DAB Radio with bluetooth(FM Splitter to MH antenna) – wired speakers in main and aft cabin.
  • Stainless steel tripods attached to chainplates – allows controlled mast raising/lowering on trailer or afloat.
  • Refurbished road/launch trailer

Most of the refit / modification work is viewable in the boat register and in several articles of the AOA annual bulletin.

Local farm barn storage is within half a mile and accessible by a private road from Dell Quay – available if required – includes free storage of trailer when boat is in the water.
