Finally… launched on the River Bure at Martham

2017 October - The culmination of work since acquisition from Derek Buckton in 2006… everything should work! Taka Maru stayed moored up for a week, during which it transpired the exhaust system needed repair, and the keep sealing strips were too tight for comfortable raisin and lowering. But she floated and was quite watertight after three days.
