Trevor mentions three types of grease fittings in the Repair Manual for the Keel Assembly and Mounting Structure published in 2010 with supplemental info. from Murray, Dominic, & John. The attached photo is the type in Blue Goose A77, looks like I may have good fortune in regards to keel bolts. I’d like to post a few more photos of the keel and transom but they’d be terrifying in the before form without the after to appease… maybe in a few weeks. t
Suggest you weld nuts on the end of the caps. It will save a lot of effort using a ratchet to tighten and loosen.
