Tim Palmer has reluctantly decided to part with Titania T12 “Tily-Ho” which he has owned and cared for since 1978. You can reach Tim on 019633 70151 and he has sent the following details:

**

The keel bolts have all been removed greased and put back. Lower bolts
were renewed last time in commission.
New keel bolt sealing rubbers have just been fitted.
New galvanised keel clamp plates have just been fitted.
New water tanks have just been fitted.
New rubber bungee’s are currently being fitted to the keel box sealing
board trunking. ( this sealing board feature seems only to be fitted
to T12 as far as I am aware) it does away with the keel box sealing
rubbers, which never were much good.
New rudder pintle fitted last time in commission.
Rudder Stock has been rebuilt with stainless rivets last time in commission.
New anodised rudder blade has just been made and ready to fit.
The old fairy ford 100E engine has been removed and the engine bay cleaned up.
The fuel tanks have been removed
The stem head, and chain plates were removed and aluminium sprayed
last time in commission with new bolts.
The hull and deck is sound but requires painting.
Original wooden mast is sound.
Rigging is original, however the twin forstays are new last time in commission.
The boat is on a four wheel Bramber Robuck trailer which has had
overhaul with new front end fitted. The brake shoes have been relined.
NB trailer has a NATO pin hitch.
I am hoping to sell the boat for about 4.5K, which I think is a fair
price for a boat in good condition, and on a trailer.
