I suspect many of you are following the amazing work of Leo Goolden as he leads the restoration of 1910 Tally Ho by the Samson Boat Company.  He has proved a master of ‘crown funding’ and ‘crowd labour’.

I had missed this particular video from the team’s excellent video records series from April about the age-old tradition of front doors in yachts. Give it a try, see the amazing work being done and maybe have a chuckle too.

Maybe it wasn’t so much nonsense after all!
Turns out the Front Door concept is taking root – this one is a bit posh.
