    This post will be, I hope, the first in this thread celebrating the Atalanta construction through its origins in WWII aircraft (and indeed any other similarities people can find).

    The post was triggered by Doug sending a link to an article in Popular Mechanics about the restoration of a Mosquito ‘down under’.  Have a read, look at the restoration workmanship, and enjoy!  Whilst not quite the Fairey methods but fascinating nonetheless.
